This is an appeal from an order entered by the district court suppressing incriminating statements made by appellee to federal law enforcement officials during preindictment and postindictment interviews. This appeal involves issues of whether appellees statements were voluntary and whether they were made pursuant to plea bargaining negotiations. See Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(e)(6) and Fed.R.Evid. 410. After a very careful review of the entire record, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
